At Glory Fragrances, we are committed to providing you with exceptional products and a great shopping experience. In order to ensure a positive outcome, we have laid out policies that address various scenarios. Please review our policies below.
Returns and Refunds Eligibility:
We know that fragrance perception is very personal to the individual, so we ask that you read the description and fragrance notes carefully before purchasing. That being said:
- We do not provide refunds or accept returns. The only exception would be damaged items or the wrong item is received. In these cases a replacement will be issued after investigation.
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of damage or error. This proof must include clear and identifiable.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product and that it is designed for personal use, we do not offer product exchanges.
Damaged Goods
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
All of our products are packaged with care and we take all the necessary precautions to ensure the product is received in perfect condition. If for whatever reason this is not the case, please contact us at info@gloryfragrances.com with the following:
- Photos clearly showing damage or error.
- Quantity of products broken
- Your order number
We will then issue a replacement package as soon as possible.
Changes to the Return and Refund Policy:
Glory Fragrances reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to purchases made after the effective date.
